Key Responsibilities:

- Act as a primary contact for investigators and research teams, facilitating communication regarding protocol details, participant enrollment, and safety inquiries.
- Conduct thorough assessments of research participants, documenting findings and alerting physicians to any significant abnormalities.
- Develop and implement care plans, manage ongoing patient care, and assist with discharge processes.
- Administer nursing procedures and treatments as prescribed by physicians or licensed independent practitioners.
- Supervise and evaluate the nursing care provided to research participants, prioritizing patient needs and delegating tasks appropriately.
- Manage the informed consent process, ensuring participants are fully informed.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
- A minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience.
- Certification in Human Subjects Research within 90 days of hire.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
