Maintenance Manager

At Werner Enterprises, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Foreman to join our team. As a Foreman, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company's vehicle maintenance programs, ensuring that our fleet is always in top condition.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise a team of employees and ensure that they are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties.
- Maintain the equipment maintenance schedule and ensure that all vehicles are properly serviced and maintained.
- Monitor and schedule warranty maintenance with dealerships and ensure that all repairs are completed in a timely manner.
- Provide support and knowledge to employees inquiring about job duties and responsibilities.
- Assist with the repair of equipment when needed and ensure that all shop desk maintenance duties and obligations are completed.
- Responsible for maintaining a safe and friendly work environment for all employees.
- Proven experience in vehicle maintenance and management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety protocols.
- Ability to train and develop employees.
