This Beauty Consultant Role is Ideal for You If You Enjoy:

Your Team Relies on You as a Beauty Consultant to:

Key Responsibilities of the Beauty Consultant:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by identifying client needs and potential sales opportunities
  • Consistently strive to meet and surpass established retail sales targets, utilizing knowledge of beauty products to introduce additional items and promote cross-selling
  • Provide timely, welcoming, personal, professional, and consistent service to all customers
  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Uphold and maintain the highest visual merchandising standards, including displays, signage, and promotional materials
  • Restock merchandise and ensure shelves are well-organized
  • Adhere to and enforce store, state, and federal regulations
Required Qualifications for the Beauty Consultant:
  • 2-5 years of experience in retail sales, specifically as a sales associate for beauty and fragrance products
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish and Mandarin is preferred
  • Knowledgeable in makeup and skincare application techniques
  • Outstanding customer service abilities
  • Prior experience as a cashier
  • Experience in the Beauty and Fragrance industry
