Salary:$80,000 - $100,000 per year

Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Registered Nurse to join our team at the Gastrointestinal Services Center. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing patients' physical and emotional needs, developing individualized care plans, and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with our interdisciplinary team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. A current valid license as a registered nurse in the state of Arkansas is required, along with BLS and ACLS certification upon hire or within 6 months of hire. Previous hospital experience, particularly in gastroenterology, is preferred but not required.
