We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Resident Care Attendant to join our team.

This is a full-time and part-time opportunity with an estimated annual salary range of $38,000 to $46,000, based on a 40-hour workweek and hourly rates between $18.50 and $22.50.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist residents with daily living activities, including medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, and escort service.
  2. Document daily logs of assistance provided.
  3. Communicate with supervisors regarding resident issues or concerns.
  4. Provide emotional and social support to residents.
