We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to enhance our Product Management division. The Project Manager will ensure that projects are executed efficiently, adhering to timelines, scope, and budget constraints, while promoting teamwork across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Oversight: Manage the full spectrum of product development projects, from conception to delivery, ensuring adherence to schedules and objectives.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Collaborate with teams across supply chain, engineering, manufacturing, marketing, and sales to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Performance Analysis: Leverage data analytics to assess key performance indicators, monitor progress, and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
  • Resource Management: Efficiently allocate resources, including personnel, budget, and materials, to meet project objectives and milestones.
  • Risk Management: Recognize potential challenges and devise strategies to mitigate risks, ensuring projects remain on course.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain transparent and consistent communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, milestones, and any emerging issues.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Maintain thorough records of project plans, progress, and pertinent documentation to support tracking and ensure compliance.
  • Process Optimization: Spearhead initiatives aimed at refining processes, boosting efficiency, and streamlining workflows.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in product development within the manufacturing industry.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software (e.g., OnePlan, Gantt charts).
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Solid grasp of project management methodologies, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong analytical abilities with a focus on detail and precision.

Reports To: Director of Product Management

Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to remain seated or standing for extended periods.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally as required.
