Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team at Kamatics Corporation. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for setting up, adjusting, troubleshooting, and checking out programming and operating numerically controlled machine tools to perform complex machining operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate CNC machine tools, including 2-axis lathes and 3-axis mills, to perform complex machining operations.
  • Independently troubleshoot and resolve programming and machine tool issues.
  • Work from programs, operation sheets, and machine setup instructions to ensure accurate and efficient production.
  • Self-sufficient in material clamping methods, machine adjustments/offsets, and console settings.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a Machining Certificate is preferred.
  • Minimum of three years of machining experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Understanding of GD&T constraints and shop math.
  • Proficient in setting up CNC machines and troubleshooting basic programming errors.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
