Member Support Specialist Opportunity at Isabella Community Credit Union

We are seeking a Member Support Specialist to provide excellent customer service to our members and assist them with their financial needs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting with financial transactions, account maintenance, and product orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist members with opening and closing accounts, processing transactions, and resolving problems.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products or services.
  • Provide information about products or services to members via phone or in person.
  • Maintain accurate member account information and prepare required reports.
  • Act as liaison between members and various departments.

Performance Metrics:

  • Provide informed, prompt, and accurate service to members.
  • Open accounts and products in accordance with federal regulations.
  • Carry out duties with minimal errors.
  • Actively cross-sell products to achieve individual and branch sales goals.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve member inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with Credit Union policies and regulations.
  • Maintain a professional work environment.

Requirements:

  • One month to twelve months of similar or related experience.
  • A high school education or GED.
  • Working knowledge of member services, computer systems, and applications.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds and work in a fast-paced team environment.

Salary Range: $12.82-$19.23 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
