Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of physical therapists in providing patient care and achieving clinical excellence
  • Develop and implement clinical programs and services to meet the needs of our patients and community
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and outcomes
  • Manage and supervise physical therapy staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation
  • Develop and manage budgets, including staffing, supplies, and equipment
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Requirements
  • Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Active or pending state physical therapist license
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a physical therapy leadership role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
