Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the correspondent processing area, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of loan documents.
  • Train new processors on loan processing procedures and regulations.
  • Monitor and ensure timely fulfillment of post-closing requirements, including funding and reporting.
  • Create and maintain processing reports to track productivity and quality metrics.
  • Exercise sound judgment and discretion while remaining compliant with established limits and guidelines.
  • Deliver problem-solving solutions and perform research as needed to resolve complex issues.
  • Accountable for meeting productivity, quality, and sales goals, promoting synergy with all departments.
  • Exhibit a high degree of integrity, trustworthiness, and professionalism in all interactions with members and partners.

Requirements
  • Possess excellent customer service skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, and experience in government loans and management.
  • Thorough understanding of Federal and State mortgage regulations, including the SAFE Act and NMLS registration requirements.
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required, with a strong emphasis on education and professional development.
  • Position is an in-office role, not a remote position.
