Key Responsibilities- Contribute to patient assessments and develop individualized care plans to address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs.
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, treatments, and diagnostic studies, in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of nursing interventions and adjust care plans as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to coordinate patient care and achieve shared goals.
- Participate in unit-based decision-making and contribute to the development of evidence-based practices to improve patient care and outcomes.
