Global Internship Program

We are excited to offer a unique opportunity to join our Labcorp 2025 Global Internship Program as a Lab Data Solutions Intern. This remote internship in North America will provide you with the chance to support meaningful assignments that align with your education in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, Finance, Marketing, Communications, Business, and Sales.

Internship Assignment Summary

As a Lab Data Solutions Intern, you will attend training sessions to learn tools linked to Labcorp's internal databases, data transfer, and workload assignment linked to Data Management processes. You will also learn about process gaps, how to address them, and how to work through a process improvement plan. Additionally, you will engage in professional development workshops to enhance your presentation skills, communication skills, and professional presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with Managers, Leads, and SMEs to identify significant process gaps
  • Work with SMEs to enhance current processes or develop new processes to address those gaps
  • Update tools and dashboards to reflect updates
Requirements
  • Working towards a bachelor's degree in Science, Informatics, Data Management, Data Analytics, or Data Insights
  • Experience delivering multiple projects in an academic or professional setting
  • Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and internal colleagues
  • Embraces diverse ways of thinking through collaboration and partnership
  • Ability to use standard Microsoft suite of software products, including Microsoft Excel proficiency
