  • Develop Techniques and Tools: Create and implement techniques and tools for collecting, evaluating, analyzing, documenting, locating, or presenting information.
  • Enhance Target Development: Demonstrate familiarity with SIGINT and collateral report repositories and incorporate independent research to enhance target development.
  • Identify Target Communications: Independently identify target communications within the global network.
  • Provide SIGDEV Support: Provide SIGDEV support to optimize and develop access methods.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required, or 5 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
  • Experience: At least 7 years of experience, with a minimum of 5 years involving modern digital/optical telecommunications systems and protocols, telephony switching systems, and/or internet communications.
  • Proven Ability: Proven ability to provide SIGDEV support for optimizing and developing access methods.
  • Software Applications: Experience with software applications and databases related to SIGINT target development.
Security Requirements
  • Clearance: Must have an active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.
Physical Requirements
  • Stationary Position: Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
  • Computer Operations: Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery.
  • Communication: Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
