Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team at Gateway Pediatric Therapy. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, evidence-based services to children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals
  • Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to inform treatment decisions
  • Lead and mentor technicians on patient plan implementation and quality of treatment
  • Collaborate with treatment staff to ensure effective case management and staff training
  • Exercise discretion and independent management of client services and supervision of treatment protocols
  • Conduct client educational meetings and develop treatment recommendations
  • Maintain accurate and organized records, client notes, data, and reports
  • Encourage and engage parents and/or caretakers in parent training for all relevant treatment techniques
Requirements:
  • Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) or eligible for certification
  • Master's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, education, or a related field)
  • Experience working with children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
