Job Title: Data Verification Specialist

Location: Carmel, IN, USA

We are seeking a skilled Data Verification Specialist to join our team at Lifelancer. As an Outbound Validation Professional, you will play a crucial role in verifying loan collateral coverage and working with vehicle and mortgage outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verifications (50%): Perform outbound calls to insurance agents/ regional offices or utilize various electronic means for verification of loan collateral coverage.
  • Works with Vehicle and Mortgage Outbound Calls: Verify information and communicate with clients to resolve issues.

Research (20%): Read and understand insurance documents for auto and mortgage loans to perform the correct task while following lender particulars.

Verify and Memo (10%): Accurately verify questions with insurance agents and regional offices and document thoroughly in the loan history.

Accounts per Hour (10%): Meet the department goal of 10 accounts per hour by performing website verifications and phone calls to insurance agents.

Quality (10%): Consistently obtain 90% or higher on quality audits by understanding procedure manuals and identify learning opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma Required: You must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Certified in Oral Communication: Effective written and oral communication skills are necessary.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Identify, analyze, and resolve problems independently.
  • Teamwork and Adaptability: Work within a team environment to complete work assignments and meet department goals.
