Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality routine nursing care to assigned patients, which may include those with G-Tubes, Trachs, Vents, and CVLs. Monitor patient progress and respond to any changes in condition. Conduct patient education and training for patients and their families. Communicate effectively with all staff, patients, and families, demonstrating excellent written and verbal skills. Adhere to all policies and procedures while maintaining the standards of Advanced Care Partners.

Available Schedules:

Monday to Thursday:
Evenings starting at 5 PM
Friday: 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Saturday and Sunday:

Essential Qualifications:
Valid LVN nursing license in Texas or a compact nursing license. Current CPR certification (ONLINE COMPANIES ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE). A minimum of two years of experience is preferred; new graduates are welcome based on the completion of preceptorship. Valid PPD skin test.
