As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
Responsibilities:- Provide personalized care and support to residents, including activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal hygiene
- Respond to resident call lights and determine the best course of action to assist them
- Ensure residents receive appropriate diet by reviewing their dietary restrictions, food allergies, and preferences
- Record vital signs as requested by staff and notify the nurse in charge of any changes in resident condition
- Current CNA certificate
- Ability to work as a team and independently
- Can-do attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to serve our residents
- $16-$20.27 per hour, depending on experience
- $2000 sign-on bonus (paid out in increments)
