Job Overview

The Sales Coordinator I plays a crucial role in managing the daily operations related to the sale of equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serves as the main point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, including the Sales Force Team, Demo, Loaner, RPO, and Sales Representatives.
  • Facilitates the coordination of equipment for demonstrations, loans, RPO, and sales activities.
  • Manages Certificate of Insurance (COTI) documentation and assists sales representatives with related paperwork.
  • Ensures timely reconciliation of bi-monthly inventory.
  • Organizes the scheduling of delivery and retrieval of inventory.
  • Oversees and directs the product health loaner process.
  • Maintains optimal stocking levels of Work Tools.
  • Initiates requests for credit releases as necessary.
  • Prepares call-off documents for equipment that is internally transported.
  • Requires consistent and punctual attendance from employees.
  • Adheres to safety protocols and complies with all company policies and standards.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with the construction equipment sales sector is advantageous.
  • Understanding of basic business accounting principles is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities, time management, and multitasking skills are required.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and software is necessary.
  • Intermediate skills in MS Office Excel and PowerPoint; advanced skills in MS Word are expected.
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical operations and interpret data effectively.
  • Capable of interacting with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Ability to comprehend written information and ideas.
  • Ability to listen and understand spoken information and ideas.
Education and Experience:
  • Preferred experience includes less than one year in a related field.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Supervisory Role:
  • This position does not include supervisory responsibilities.
Travel Requirements:
  • Minimal travel, up to 5%, may be required.
Physical Demands:
  • This role involves prolonged periods of sitting, with occasional movement within the office.
  • Frequent communication with others is necessary, requiring accurate information exchange.
  • Occasional lifting of materials or equipment weighing up to 10 lbs may be required.
  • Regular movement and dexterity are essential for this position.
  • Must be able to respond to visual and auditory signals, including alarms and instructions.
Work Environment:
