Crisis Intervention Clinician - PRN

In times of behavioral health emergencies, young individuals require specialized attention and care. As a Therapist with our Clarvida Youth Support Center team, your primary focus will be on fostering healthy relationships and imparting essential social skills, coping mechanisms, and anger management techniques to youth in distress. This role involves collaborating with clients to conduct initial evaluations, deliver crisis counseling, facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, coordinate with other service providers to develop treatment plans, maintain precise and timely documentation, employ de-escalation strategies as needed, and establish discharge objectives for clients. Our Crisis Center staff operates as part of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to crisis intervention, aiming to de-escalate, treat, and stabilize the behavioral health needs of individuals.

**Benefits of this position:**
  • $27-$28/hour - consistent pay without separate billable/non-billable hours
  • PRN stipend for every three shifts covered within a 90-day timeframe
  • No client cancellations or travel required
  • Options for Full-Time and Part-Time (3 days/week Full-Time schedule)
  • Overnight pay differential

**Qualifications we seek:**
  • Licensed in Idaho as LMSW, LPC, LCPC, LCSW, LMFT
  • Knowledge and experience in applying psychological theories
  • Ability to pass background checks, including Enhanced Fingerprinting with ID DHW.
