Job Type: Part-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform custodial and maintenance tasks for buildings, equipment, and grounds.
- Demonstrate knowledge of cleaning equipment, including switches, controls, and valves.
- Maintain floor care in designated areas.
- Work on a rotating schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- Basic understanding of maintenance and custodial work; prior experience is advantageous.
- Ability to read and write effectively.
- Capability to perform all janitorial duties consistently.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. or more occasionally.
- Ability to follow instructions, including safety protocols.
- Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation to and from work is required.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods.
