Job Type: Part-Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform custodial and maintenance tasks for buildings, equipment, and grounds.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of cleaning equipment, including switches, controls, and valves.
  • Maintain floor care in designated areas.
  • Work on a rotating schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • Basic understanding of maintenance and custodial work; prior experience is advantageous.
  • Ability to read and write effectively.
  • Capability to perform all janitorial duties consistently.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. or more occasionally.
  • Ability to follow instructions, including safety protocols.
  • Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work is required.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods.
