Job Summary

Techo-Bloc is seeking a skilled Mold Repair and Maintenance Specialist to join our team in Pen Argyl, PA. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair duties for production mold kits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Quality Assurance: Perform quality assurance inspections of molds to ensure they meet specifications and are free from damage or defects.
  • Mold Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of new molds to ensure all dimensions are within tolerance.
  • Repair and Maintenance: Use precision measuring equipment and tools to perform repairs, maintenance, and renovations to molds.
  • Cleaning and Organization: Complete scheduled cleaning of molds to ensure optimum production output.
  • Team Collaboration: Assist the maintenance department with assigned duties as directed.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in a similar role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Skills: Experience with MIG, TIG, and Stick welding; ability to self-motivate and work autonomously.
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Physical Demands:

The physical demands of this role include frequently lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 80 pounds. The employee must be able to closely inspect and continually monitor all machines in the production process.
