Thompson's Auto Group is seeking a dedicated Shipping and Receiving Operations Associate for our GMC division.

This role is essential for ensuring the accurate receipt of incoming inventory, efficient staging, and timely dispatch of outgoing orders while following safety protocols and maintaining shipment accuracy.

  • Accurately receive all incoming parts, ensuring they are in excellent condition and that packing slips correspond with the received items and quantities.
  • Efficiently pack and ship orders to both internal and external clients.
  • Maintain detailed shipping logs for tracking purposes.
  • Organize and stock all parts in the warehouse after verification.
  • Operate a forklift as required for various tasks.
  • Verify inventory accuracy against system records.
