About the Job

The Financial Services Representative will work in a dynamic environment to provide exceptional service to UNIFY's members. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to analyze financial needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to new and existing member inquiries regarding their financial products and services.
  • Facilitate the opening of accounts and recommend related Credit Union products and services based on a financial needs analysis.
  • Manage assigned member base and proactively uncover additional financial needs through referrals and outbound tele-consulting.
  • Perform functions related to Consumer loans, including accepting loan applications, application processing and funding, while following lending policies, procedures and guidelines.
