Responsibilities- Deliver High-Quality Patient Care
- Makes meaningful observations, evaluations, and creates reports.
- Accepts and constructively utilizes supervision.
- Recognizes the needs and concerns of people to maintain constructive relationships when dealing with them.
- Performs nursing procedure for which the preparation of the Registered Nurse has provided the necessary degree of skills and judgement.
- Recognizes when there is a need for an adjustment and flexibility in nursing care functions so as to maintain quality nursing care in all types of situations.
- Observes and effectively communicates any changes in condition to appropriate members of the health care team.
- Timely and accurately documents all care provided within the client's record.
- Exercises leadership coupled with tolerance and understanding as well as with appreciation and respect for the special abilities and skills of others.
- Promote Elara Caring's Philosophy
- Promotes Elara Caring's philosophy, mission statement and administrative policies to ensure quality of care.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Teams
- Works collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients.
- Nursing Degree and Experience
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
- 1+ year of RN experience.
- Current Licensure and Certification
- Current license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Personal Qualities and Skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods.

- $75,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
