SEO Manager

At Scandinavian Tobacco Group, we are seeking a highly skilled SEO Manager to join our team. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive SEO strategy to drive growth and improve our online presence.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SEO, with a proven track record of success in a PPC restricted industry. You will be responsible for leading a team of SEO specialists, developing and executing strategies to increase organic traffic to our websites, and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and algorithm changes.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Developing and executing SEO strategies to drive growth and improve online presence
• Leading a team of SEO specialists and coordinating priorities across other departments
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and algorithm changes
• Developing and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) and mitigating shortfalls

Requirements include:

• 4+ years of experience in SEO marketing, preferably in a PPC restricted industry
• 3+ years of experience building and managing a team
• Strong experience with industry-standard tools such as Conductor, SEMRush, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics
• Experience in performing and analyzing A/B, multivariate, and other forms of testing
• Fundamental understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
