About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SEO Manager to join our team at Scandinavian Tobacco Group. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our SEO strategy to improve our website's visibility on search engines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase organic traffic to our six websites and potentially more through mergers and acquisitions.
  • Ensure the development of a strategic roadmap, oversee execution, alignment, and on-time delivery across resources within the organization.
  • Stay on top of industry trends, algorithm changes, and impacts on our business, incorporating these trends into our strategic roadmap to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Enhance the health of our website via keyword research and content optimization.
  • Lead a team of SEO specialists and coordinate priorities across other departments to ensure our strategic roadmap is met.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, or a business-related field.
  • 4+ years of demonstrated experience leading SEO marketing, preferably in a PPC-restricted industry with proven success.
  • 3+ years of experience building and managing a team.
  • Strong experience with industry-standard tools such as Conductor, SEMRush, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and more.
  • Fundamental understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Experience in performing and analyzing A/B, multivariate, and other forms of testing.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand business/technical requirements for analysis/reporting purposes.
  • Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
