Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including dusting, mopping, and disposing of trash
  • Provide friendly and attentive customer service, helping customers find products and answering questions
  • Collect and dispose of trash, and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
  • Deep clean key areas of the store, including bathrooms, breakrooms, and high-traffic areas
  • Perform tasks in accordance with federal, state, and county guidelines
  • Project a positive image and serve as a role model for other team members
  • Assist with tasks such as cash handling, customer service, and inventory management
Requirements
  • Ability to remain standing for long periods of time
  • Ability to move throughout the store and lift heavy boxes
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and early mornings
