Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food and Beverage Operations Support Specialist to join our team at Marriott International Inc. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional support to our food and beverage teams, ensuring seamless service delivery and high guest satisfaction.
  • Assist with setting tables, replenishing supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food preparation and presentation.
  • Support the front-of-house team with guest interactions, taking orders, and serving food and beverages.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in food and beverage operations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • No prior experience necessary, but previous experience in a food and beverage environment is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
