Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to join our team at Jet Wine Bar LLC. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR functions, departmental strategy, and initiatives.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for employee relations, acting as an employee advocate, resolving conflicts, and encouraging health and wellness. You will manage all areas of HR Administration, including payroll, benefits administration, hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, compliance, and employee policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of HR, including employee relations, recruitment, and talent development
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to support business objectives
  • Administer benefit plans, communicate with employees, and work with carriers to develop plans
  • Facilitate conversations, resolve conflicts, and provide excellent internal and external customer service
  • Address issues within established policies and guidelines, and implement effective policy change or creation
  • Identify patterns in employee concerns and recommend improvements
  • Provide guidance to employees and managers, demonstrating expertise in human resource areas

Requirements:

  • 4 years of HR Generalist experience
  • Prioritize in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects
  • Establish trust and credibility with employees and management as an effective listener and confidante
  • Knowledgeable of current HR trends and able to keep current with changes in employment laws
  • Proficient in MS Office and G-Suite
