We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Health. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide individual, group, and family therapy to patients with a wide range of psychiatric diagnoses.
Responsibilities- Assess and treat individuals living with mental illness, substance abuse, or co-morbid conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
- Provide crisis intervention and support to ensure patient safety.
- Document patient progress, interactions, and significant incidents in the patient's chart.
- Participate in the management of the milieu and identify areas for improvement.
- Master's degree in Counseling or Social Work required.
- Additional certifications such as LADAC, LISCW, Art Therapy, or LCMHC preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with the team.
