The University of California, Irvine is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team at The Center for Autism & Neurodevelopmental Disorders (CAND). As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide direct clinical care to pediatric, adolescent, and young adult patients with autism, ADHD, and other neurodevelopmental disorders. Your expertise in diagnostic assessments, individual therapy, group therapy, and related services will be invaluable in helping us achieve our mission to provide help and hope to individuals with ASD, ADHD, and their families.

As a Clinical Psychologist, you will work under the general supervision of the Psychology Division lead to support the overall objective of CAND. When providing clinical effort towards a research project, you will work under the general supervision of the Principal Investigator for that effort. This role requires a Doctorate in clinical psychology or counseling, a current, valid license as a psychologist in California, and thorough knowledge of applicable laws and standards of professional conduct.

Responsibilities include conducting complex diagnoses, problem-solving, and critical thinking, as well as developing and presenting recommendations and courses of treatment. You will also have the opportunity to teach and consult with other professionals and healthcare trainees, such as graduate students, residents, postdoctoral scholars, and practicum students.
