Low Voltage Infrastructure Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our team at INNOVA NW. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing multiple complex projects involving low voltage systems.
About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and proactive individual to take on a challenging role and make a significant impact on our organization's growth and success. You will be working closely with our team to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to multitask, and possess a high level of knowledge in project management software. They will also be the primary point of contact for customers, including General Contractors, Electrical Contractors, and Owners, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and driving repeat business.
Key Responsibilities- Managing multiple projects with complex scopes involving all low voltage systems.
- Coordinating labor, purchasing materials and equipment at various stages of the project.
- Providing progress information and reports at regular intervals to meet internal and external reporting deadlines.
- Negotiating with suppliers to ensure that projected material costs are met or exceeded.
- Ensuring industry and company safety policies and procedures are followed.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high level of knowledge and hands-on experience with managing low voltage projects.
- Strong ability to multitask and manage many projects simultaneously.
- Experience with project management software.
- Great leadership and organizational skills.
- Highly proficient in computer skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Work well under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational ability and time management skills.
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
