We are a family-owned and operated business seeking a professional and responsible Assistant Retail Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of our retail sales team and assisting the Store Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers alike
  • Effectively lead a staff of young adults while promoting teamwork and fostering a positive work environment
  • Manage time well while demonstrating a sense of urgency and a "Get-it-Done" approach
  • Assist the Store Manager with hiring, training, coaching, and motivating employees; Lead by example
  • Demonstrate strong and clear communication
  • Assist in inventory management
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, orderly, and stocked store
Qualifications and Requirements
  • 2-5 years of retail management experience with a proven history of driving sales
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong team building and leadership skills
  • Strong merchandising, organizational, and time management skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as generous employee discounts, vacation time, and bonuses. Our store is open 10-6 Mon.-Sat. and 11-5 Sun., providing a great work-life balance.
