We are seeking a highly skilled Airport Civil Project Manager to join our team at Per Se Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing airport improvement programs, including federal and state-funded projects, as well as locally funded projects at public and private use airports.
Key Responsibilities- Manage portions of a project, including grant facilitation, design, bidding, construction administration, and close out to meet project goals on time and on budget.
- Comply with objectives contained within individual airport master plans, federal grant assurance requirements, FAA and state design standards, and project scope of work.
- Develop contract specifications and bid estimates.
- Coordinate engineering design staff and other disciplines to meet objectives.
- Accurately maintain daily timekeeping records.
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in civil engineering.
- P.E. preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficient knowledge of general office equipment, MS Office, and relevant software.
