**About the Role:**
This full-time position is based in Atlanta, Georgia, and requires quarterly travel to Huntsville, AL (3-4 days). As a District Medical Director, you will support the district's business performance, collaborating with operations leadership to drive results. You will lead the office medical directors in delivering outstanding patient care, access, and service, designing and managing key operational drivers, and fostering an environment that makes One Medical an amazing place to work.
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
We're seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Equivelent Family Medicine physician with an interest in using technology to deliver high-quality, evidence-based primary care. You should have a desire to be part of a rapidly growing team of clinicians dedicated to changing healthcare delivery. Your skills include excellent patient care, focus on helping other providers excel, and ability to cultivate an environment that promotes professional growth and development.
