Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform financial assessments to identify and promote appropriate insurance products.
  • Create and present tailored insurance plans, including life, disability, and long-term care insurance, to achieve sales goals.
  • Clarify policy alternatives, emphasizing advantages and costs, to assist clients in making well-informed purchasing choices.
  • Collaborate with underwriters, financial advisors, and legal experts to facilitate comprehensive financial planning and enhance sales.

Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related discipline is preferred but not essential.
  • Proven sales experience, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills, is vital for fostering client relationships and effectively marketing insurance offerings.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a team-oriented approach in delivering comprehensive client solutions.
  • New York Life provides sponsorship for licensing, so an initial license is not required. You will need to obtain necessary licenses, such as state-specific life insurance licenses, after starting. Confirm details with New York Life during the onboarding process.
