We are seeking a skilled Production Controls Specialist to join our team at Insight Global. This contract role requires a strong background in job scheduling, with experience in tools such as Job Track, CA7, CA11, and Tivoli. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in job scheduling and a solid understanding of JCL (Job Control Language).
The successful candidate will work on a team of 3 individuals, monitoring the 24/7 work environment and ensuring deadlines are met for production jobs. This role requires night shifts from 12:30am-8:30am Monday through Friday, with no weekend or holiday work required.
Responsibilities will include updating schedules, running production jobs, and troubleshooting issues independently. The candidate will also work closely with the application team to resolve any technical issues that arise.
