Estimating Manager Job Description

To excel in this role, you'll need a strong background in construction, restoration, or a service-related industry, with a minimum of 5 years of management experience. A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or equivalent industry experience is also required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage multiple projects, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Develop and implement effective estimating and planning strategies to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to subordinates to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or equivalent industry experience.
  • 5+ years of management experience in construction, restoration, or a service-related industry.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and project management tools.
