Job Title: Student Life Coordinator
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to serve as a liaison to all Nontraditional Students actively attending Berea College. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in diverse environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise and support nontraditional students by being a resource and directing them to appropriate resources
- Serve on the Orientation Committee for Summer Connections and other identified college committees
- Supervise student labor positions following all guidelines of the Labor Program
- Oversee the development and implementation of programming to meet the needs of nontraditional students
- Provide leadership to the Nontraditional Student Association
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree from Berea College, graduation date by Spring/Fall 2023 and Spring 2024
- Student Services experience
- Program Planning/Management experience
- Coordination of events/programs with other departments experience
- Facility Management experience
Berea College Benefits:
