Brookdale Senior Living is seeking a skilled Maintenance Director to oversee the maintenance and repair of our facilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our buildings and grounds.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and supervise maintenance staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance.
  • Implement preventative maintenance programs and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective repairs and maintenance.
  • Conduct regular inspections of life safety systems and ensure the property is maintained, including landscaping and snow removal.
  • Prepare and follow approved budget, tracking utility consumption and expense files.
  • Maintain inventory control for all general supplies, parts, and equipment.
Requirements:
  • Associate's Degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
  • Minimum of three to five years related experience and/or training.
  • Valid State Driver's License required for vehicle travel.
