Texas Orthopedic Hospital is committed to providing exceptional care to our patients and communities. We are seeking a highly skilled MRI Technologist to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As an MRI Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting physicians in performing magnetic resonance imaging procedures, reviewing and completing paperwork on every patient, and maintaining equipment for mechanical safety.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in radiography and experience working with MRI equipment. A graduate of an accredited program for technologists is required, as well as current licensure or permit in the State of Texas. CT registry is preferred, and MRI registry is required within 6 months from date of hire for MRI registry-eligible candidates. The selected candidate will also have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital-imaging department and 1 year of experience in CT or MRI. American Heart Association BLS certification is also required.

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. Responsibilities and Requirements:
  • Assist physicians in performing magnetic resonance imaging procedures
  • Review and complete paperwork on every patient as required
  • Transport patients to and from their rooms and ER
  • Maintain equipment for mechanical safety
  • Graduate of an accredited program for technologists
  • Current licensure or permit in the State of Texas
  • CT registry preferred
  • MRI registry required within 6 months from date of hire
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospital-imaging department
  • 1 year of experience in CT or MRI
  • American Heart Association BLS certification
