Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Account Director to join our team at SCREEN SPE USA, LLC. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and account management, with a proven track record of success in a similar role. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and negotiating deals that meet or exceed revenue targets. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales processes and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a portfolio of high-value accounts to drive revenue growth and expand customer base
• Develop and execute strategies to identify new business opportunities and negotiate deals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales processes and deliverables
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy and tactics

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
• 7+ years of experience in sales and account management
• Proven track record of success in a similar role, with a strong focus on revenue growth and expansion
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or engineering

Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
