Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team at Extended Stay America Premier Suites Pensacola NAS Corry Station. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for processing financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and ensuring the accuracy of our hotel's financial records.

Responsibilities:
  • Verify and reconcile all financial records, including room charges, cash drawer activity, and credit card transactions.
  • Process additional administrative and accounting procedures as required.
  • Delegate housekeeping, security, and service requests, respond to guest inquiries, and resolve guest complaints.
  • Produce and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to hotel management and department heads.
Qualifications:
  • Flexible overnight hours are required.
  • Must be computer proficient and have experience with accounting or reservation software.
  • Previous hotel front desk, hospitality, or night audit experience is preferred.
  • Great communication and customer service skills are required.
