Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patients' conditions.
- Assess patients' needs and develop individualized care plans to meet their physical, emotional, and social needs.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly in electronic medical records.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, BSN preferred.
- One year of medical/psychiatric experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills to use electronic or online systems for communication and clinical purposes.
