The Customer Service Representative will deliver exceptional service by assisting both internal and external clients, primarily in person, to support their rental needs. You will gain valuable knowledge through local training and hands-on experience, enabling you to provide administrative support, assist customers, and serve as a rental backup.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Handle incoming inquiries regarding reservations, pricing, and general information, providing solutions for customers, branches, insurance companies, and other partners.
  2. Manage outgoing calls for follow-ups and various assignments as needed.
  3. Deliver a high standard of customer service by evaluating customer rental requirements.
  4. Welcome customers in a friendly and timely manner.
  5. Offer directions and general assistance as required.
  6. Assist in assessing the condition of vehicles upon return.
  7. Process vehicle returns efficiently.
  8. Communicate rental terms, vehicle features, and additional services clearly.
  9. Promote optional protection products, upgrades, and other services.
  10. Notify management of any vehicle issues or maintenance needs.
  11. Maintain vehicle cleanliness, both interior and exterior, as necessary.
  12. Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years.
  • No drug or alcohol-related convictions on driving record in the past three years.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship for this position.
