Neurodiagnostic Specialist

Cortica is a pioneering healthcare company dedicated to providing innovative treatment methods for children with neurodevelopmental differences. We are seeking a per-diem Neurodiagnostic Specialist with pediatric EEG experience and familiarity with Cadwell equipment.
About Us:
We are a rapidly growing organization that cultivates the full potential of every child. Our mission is to design and deliver life-changing care – one child, one family, one community at a time. At Cortica, every team member is instrumental in helping us achieve our vision of a world where every child can thrive.

We celebrate diversity and foster an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and respected. Our culture is guided by principles of equality, respect, and empathy. We believe in the power of teamwork and collaboration, and we strive to create a workplace where everyone can grow and succeed.
Your Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining routine and ambulatory EEGs. You will also perform equipment diagnostics when needed, maintain inventory of EEG supplies, and apply electrodes to patients' heads. Additionally, you will serve as an integral member of an interdisciplinary team working with children with developmental disabilities and their families/caregivers.
Physical Demands:
The position requires frequent standing, walking, sitting, climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. Team members must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Basic understanding of and ability to use basic software and systems including electronic medical record systems and Microsoft Office products is required.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have a graduate degree from a Nationally Accredited Neurodiagnostic program or an associate degree. Experience working with pediatric patients with autism and other developmental disorders is highly preferred. Registered Electroencephalography Technologist Certification (REEGT) is a plus. BLS Certification is also required. You should be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Compensation & Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $35.80 to $44.74, which may vary based on your skill level, relevant experience, education level, and location. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company matching and rapid vesting, paid holidays and wellness days, life insurance, disability insurance options, tuition reimbursements for professional development and continuing education, and referral bonuses.
About Cortica:
