Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Brazos County Health and Wellness Clinic. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family medicine and be able to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive medical care to patients, including physical exams, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
  • Order and interpret laboratory and radiological studies as needed.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices in family medicine.
Requirements:
  • Graduate degree in nursing or a related field.
  • Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of Texas.
  • 3-5 years of experience in family medicine or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills.
  • Experience working in a community health setting.
  • Knowledge of electronic medical records and practice management systems.
