Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Product Manager to join our Voice and Unified Communications product team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the product lifecycle and development initiatives for our Charter services and applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop complex, cross-functional requirements to meet evolving customer needs and business opportunities.
  • Lead innovative solutions to deliver an industry-leading customer experience.
  • Actively support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
  • Understand requirement writing and product lifecycle management.
  • Bring proven knowledge of industry best practices in product development and translate appropriate steps for our unique organization and market position.
  • Diagnose complex issues and evaluate, recommend, and execute the best resolution.
  • Shape the direction of our product set and advocate for excellence in all areas.
  • Evaluate proposed features and enhancements from the perspective of the digital user experience and make decisions in the best interest of the consumer.
  • Responsible for the development and communication of product strategies dependent on new services/features to drive financial results.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders in engineering, product, marketing, and customer operations to implement strategy.
  • Provide a data-centric perspective, using data as the driver and influencer of priority and measurements of success.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in product development/management.
  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience.
  • In-depth foundation in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of digital SDLC tools such as JIRA.
  • Demonstrates strong business sense and sense of urgency to achieve business results.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Ability to adapt to a new environment and make an impact quickly.
  • Ability to manage and foster change.
  • Ability to influence large, cross-functional teams in order to achieve business goals and results.
  • Ability to listen to multiple points of view and synthesize against goals for recommendations.
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize effectively and independently.
  • Ability to drive multiple projects and tasks.
  • Ability to make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure.
  • Ability to show judgment and initiative and to accomplish job duties.
  • Ability to strategize solutions based on data analysis.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Telecom experience.
About the Role

This is a full-time position in an office environment. The role is eligible to work in a hybrid work model (combination of in-office and remote days). Occasional travel may be required to support product management initiatives.
