We are seeking a highly skilled medical therapist specialist to provide exceptional care to our patients at Mass General Brigham.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and evaluating patient needs, developing treatment plans, educating patients and families, and supervising support personnel. This includes providing physical therapy services to patients with impairments, functional limitations, or disabilities resulting from injury, disease, or other causes.

Requirements
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Licensure: Licensed (and in good standing) as a physical therapist in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
  • Skills:
    • BLS required.
    • Effective verbal and written communication skills with the English language.
    • Basic skills in math and computer science.
    • Appropriate knowledge of physical therapy evaluation and treatment techniques.
    • Effective problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to assess and interact with patients and families.
    • Computer proficiency required.
    • Maintain variable work schedule depending on hospital/program needs.
Compensation and Benefits
  • A competitive salary range of $93,000 - $115,000 per year based on experience.
