Job Title: Sales Associate III

As a Sales Associate III, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and personalized experience for all customers.
  • Drive sales by building relationships with customers, identifying their needs, and making recommendations.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new arrivals, sales, and promotions.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, fostering a sense of community and teamwork.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store maintenance, ensuring a visually appealing and organized store.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
  • Current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Basic computer skills, including the ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
